TLC Statement of Purpose and Philosophy First and foremost, the well being of your child is our top priority. Trinity Learning Center (TLC) maintains that all children need to grow spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally. We believe that in order to develop the highest possible self-esteem, children must become aware of God and His importance in their lives. This knowledge will help them as they begin to grow as children of God.	The TLC Team Trinity Learning Center is a Department of Children and Families Gold Seal of Excellence accredited Child Care Preschool with VPK certification. This Team reports to the Session regarding all matters related to TLC.
